Pricing Manager

Main responsibilities:

  • Translation of  strategic targets into price tactics and instruments with best investment in targeted customers and targeted categories;
  • Provide pricing and competitive intelligence support across products, customer segments, channels and regions
  • Develop price differentiation strategies across business segments and customer segments;
  • Track & monitor price performance throughout the year vs targets/estimations
  • Monitoring of price investments (promotional activities, loyalty programs, on shelf price positioning) and implementation of necessary adjustments, in order to balance the profit;
  • Brand Portfolio Pricing & Pack-Price Architecture
  • Mix: Analyse current mix performance, identify mix opportunities, support prioritization of SKU mix based on profitability-potential analytics, help set SKU mix allocation and track execution
  • Promotions: Continuously track promo performance (uplift, ROI) using promo analytics tool and set mandatory promo guardrails
  • Design of business case scenarios to reflect the country strategy and challenge of pricing decisions to country boards;
  • Develop internal and external communication about pricing;
  • Act as the liaison between the Pricing Department and other lines of business in strategic or special project situations; identify areas of disconnect in goals and work toward resolution.

  • 3-5 years commercial & analytics experience
