The ideal candidate will create and conduct base campaigns and data analysis across various projects to optimize company growth and business. He / she will manipulate data-sets and summarize findings in a actionable way.
He / She will:
- Help ensure database accuracy.
- Understand reporting needs of the department and internal stakeholders.
- Develop automatic reports as well as ad-hoc ones based on the identified needs.
- Ensure database accuracy: propose and conduct initiatives to improve accuracy.
Experience with CRM and CVM (customer value management) logic in a related industry is a plus. Base management, Data mining or Business Intelligence in a related industry is a plus.
We look for a marketing mindset and a passion for details and data that gives applicable and business oriented insights. Segmentation & profiling & base management hands on experience as well.
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in Teradata SQL (build scripts, debugging, reports automation)
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- English – Advanced
- Direct work experience with SQL in previous workplace for significant amount of time (at least 2 years)
- Able to compile data into actionable reports; Work collaboratively with team members; Think strategically about improving company operations
